For Cheesecake Brookies & Slabs

• Keep refrigerated in an airtight container.

• Stays fresh for up to 5 days in the fridge.

• For best texture, remove from the fridge 10–15 minutes before eating.

• Can be frozen for up to 2 months.
  ✔ Wrap slices individually
  ✔ Store in airtight freezer-safe container
  ✔ Thaw in fridge overnight

For NYC Cookies

• Store at room temperature in an airtight container for 3–4 days.

• Refrigerate to extend freshness up to 7 days.

• Freeze for up to 60 days; reheat in oven at 160°C for 3–5 minutes for melty centres.
